JOSH WEINER
Josh founded The W22 after having spent ten years in the communications staffing & recruiting world. He has placed talent at a range of companies, from Fortune 100 to fellow small businesses, and in a range of positions.
Josh holds at BS in Organizational Leadership from the University of Delaware, where he was also a member of the national championship hockey team.

ALEXANDRA NESTERAK
Alexandra joined the team in 2022. She spent ten years prior growing a successful events company and brings a specialized approach to the client experience.
Alexandra holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Maryland, College Park.
